It is no secret that young people’s anxiety and stress levels increase prior to and during exam periods. Throw parental stress into the mix and tensions invariably rise.

How can we separate our own stress as parents from our children’s and thereby offer a more helpful environment for study?  How can we be most useful?

Laura Herman, our School Counsellor is running a workshop for parents to explore ways of making even a small difference during this testing time.
